Showcase Tournament Hospitality/Concessions Runner- Picking up food and delivering to site location for Hospitality and Concessions at specific times. Responsible for returning any necessary items back to vendors afterwards (coolers, etc).

This is a full tournament - three day commitment.

Hospitality Lead - Responsible for purchasing, and/or getting donations of food/beverage for volunteers/staff/coaches for all locations of the tournament. Overall management of the “Hospitality” organization for the tournament. This is a three day commitment, and the Lead should be on-site the majority of the each day.

Site Coordinators: Responsible for general oversight at each specific location. Set up room at each Hospitality location, decorate, manage food at each site. Multiple check-ins a day would be needed. This position will also keep a general eye on the site location to ensure everything is running smoothly, and assist getting help as necessary. This is a three day commitment, and the Site Coordinator should be on-site the majority of the each day.
