Q: When I update my account information nothing changes.
A: After updating your account info make sure to scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the Submit button.
 
Q: My account information shows that I am not an approved volunteer (the box is not checked).
A: We are not currently using that status -- everyone registered on the site can volunteer.
 
VOLUNTEER
 
Q: The site is not letting me sign up to volunteer.
A: In order to volunteer you need to be registered on the site, have responded to the confirmation email, and be logged in
 
Q: The volunteer sign-up only allows me to put my own name -- how do I put my spouse/daughter's name in the signup?
A: The click-here-to-volunteer just works for the currently logged in user. You can just sign up for all the slots you want under your name/email and then have them do the actual volunteering. Note that the reminder emails go out to the person who signed up so if your spouse/daughter wants to get a reminder email  then they should register and volunteer using their ID.
 
Q: I don't see a CANCEL link next to the volunteer slot I signed up for so how do I cancel it?
A: It's likely you are not logged in or are logged in under a different email ID than you used to sign up for the volunteer slot. You should only register once on the site and use that single email/ID for all your volunteer sign-ups.
